We will carry out our service goal efficiently, safely and in an environmentally responsible manner with respect for the role of government in protecting the public interest.

The Professionals at Illiana wish to raise the level of your expectations by adding value to your service in the following ways:
TIMELINESS: We pledge to you that all pickups will be made on your scheduled day. If you are on an "On Call" service, or if you request extra pick up, we will respond on the day you are told. If we fail to do this, your missed pick up or the haul for extra service will be free.
CLEANLINESS: We will leave your site as we saw it upon arrival. We pledge to pick up any spillage that may happen during the disposal process. We will take every necessary step to assure the truck we operate on your route will not leak trash or liquids onto your property.
PROFESSIONALISM: We are professionals at Illiana and we pledge to provide you with the most courteous service and professional response to your needs. This includes the office personnel to the driver servicing your account.
RESPONSIVENESS: We pledge to respond to all your needs in a prompt manner, but specifically, we will deliver ordered containers within 3 days, or your first month service is free. If we fail to switch out containers, or replace lids when necessary, we will credit your account $25.00.
SAFETY: Illiana prides itself on our strict safety policies as well as adhering to the Department of Transportation regulations. All drivers will participate in safety meetings to ensure that the communities we operate in remain safe.
OVERALL SATISFACTION: If for any reason, you as a permanent paying customer have a problem with any aspect of our company, we will take prompt measures to satisfy your complaint. After you provide us with complete details of your dissatisfaction, we will resolve the conflict.
